You may cancel your order and receive a refund up to 24 hours in advance of the date of the scheduled inspection.
Customers who cancel their inspection at least one day before the date of the scheduled inspection may receive a refund less a $25 processing fee per inspection.
If your vehicle fails the fluid analysis and cannot be repaired economically, you may receive a partial refund of $125. No refund will be given for those vehicles that “Pass with Fluid Change”.
Unless canceled at least one day before the scheduled inspection, no refunds, transfers or credits will be given. No refund will be given once the inspection is underway (except in the case of vehicle failure- see above).
A full refund will be issued only if we are unable to schedule inspection services for you within seven days of date of order. Your vehicle must be available for inspection during the seven-day period. If you fail to schedule an inspection (in the case of the Gold Certification) or do not agree with our inspector on a date and time for the inspection during that seven-day period, you will not receive a refund. Refunds take approximately three weeks to process.
